I will be back at Federal Court all day today. Remarkably between courtrooms of 2 of the “3 men in a room” when it comes to Albany Power.
Sheldon Silver, and Dean Skelos. Here is my report from last night.
In Silver trial, the federal judge expects the prosecution to rest by the end of today/early Wed Morning.
Unclear if Silver team will put on a defense, which would point possibly to weak prosecution. Closing arguments, the judge set for Monday.
Trial is moving fast.
Conviction, from being in the courtroom for 3 weeks, far from being guaranteed.
