Former Deputy Commissioner Ricardo Morales served as General Counsel for the NYC Housing Authority, Chair of the entire Housing Authority, and first Deputy Comptroller.
However Morales says it was when he refused to go along with a business deal for a top donor of NYC Mayor Bill Deblasio, he was shown the door, and fired.
