Dominic Carter had a lovely time in Canada September 12th, and 13th in Ontario, as the Foster Care Keynote Speaker. Folks you really touched my heart as I met Parents that have been in Foster Care taking care of Children for anywhere between 10 and 30 years. One woman has had more than 128 kids in her home.
